Step into a hands-on role with one of Australia's most iconic franchise food retailers. As a Retail Field Coach, you'll be out in the field visiting stores, working side by side with franchise owners and their teams to ensure operational excellence.

Reporting to a Franchise Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in executing initiatives and maintaining high standards across a group of stores – covering everything from merchandising and customer service to food safety and product quality.

The role

  • Regularly visit stores to assess and support compliance with operational standards.
  • Assess sales performance and communicate key sales performance insights; help implement remedial actions for lower performers.
  • Implement directives from the Franchise Consultant to improve business standards and efficiency (e.g. rostering, cost control, production planning).
  • Support teams to deliver exceptional service, maintain hygiene standards, and optimise product quality.
  • Ensure consistent merchandising execution and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with training teams and embedding best-practice operational processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Retail or food operations experience (multi-site exposure an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards.
  • Hands-on problem solver with great communication skills.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable with regular travel.
  • Passionate about food, customer experience, and operational excellence.
