**What do we expect from you?**

Your main mission when joining the Maison will be to support the boutique sales team through the delivery of qualitative training around customer service, sales and engagement for every client. The Field Coach is responsible for **delivering training programs **at market level across Oceania. You will **spend time in boutiques **to **coach boutique staff **on our selling ceremony on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for escalating **local needs / training opportunities to National Trainer and Retail Director **to improve boutique performance. Your role as Field Coach will be imperative to ensuring we continue to provide the exceptional experience we have become known for.
