**The role**
You will play a leading role in strategising, executing and optimising the customer life cycle journey to improve lead conversion rate, increase customer lifetime value, drive product adoption and reduce churn.
**Responsibilities**
As a member of the Marketing Team and working closely with cross functional teams, locally and globally, you’ll combine your creative, analytical, technical, and customer-first mindset to manage campaigns across a variety of CRM and digital channels that activates growth and accelerates revenue.
Here’s an example of your day to day.
- Develop, execute and manage CRM marketing programs (automation and ad-hoc) using insights, customer feedback, product offers and understanding of sales funnel optimisation to continuously improve channel efficiency.
- Analyse business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics, opportunities, and other dependencies to drive sales conversion, customer behaviour, product adoption, retention, and cross-sell.
- Implement initiatives to drive customer advocacy and improve customer experience and brand equity, including the management of customer review platforms.
- Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan customer offers and incentive programs to deliver ROI-positive results.
- Develop campaign briefs to define program objectives and KPIs, analyse campaign results and complete PIRs (post implementation review) to report back on learnings
- Provide input into business sales results and use campaign levers to address any performance gaps.
**Requirements**:
Here’s what experience we need from you:
- 3+ years in a CRM/Customer Lifecycle/Marketing role; Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred
- A/B testing methodology
- Creative and analytical thinker
- Customer centric with a passion to solve customer problems
- Attitude - can-do, proactive and willingness to learn
- A strong grasp of web analytics and metrics driven marketing
- Experience with campaign execution from concept to reporting
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 360
- Working knowledge of Jira
- Working knowledge of CMS (Wordpress preferred)
