**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking an Event Supervisor to work onsite with our new client, a global leader in CRM software, to support all experience and event requests at their flagship Sydney Tower. Join our Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) team and deliver best-in-class experiences that are uniquely delivered, ensuring a memorable client experience.
**Overview of the role**:
Manage operational excellence for holistic guest experiences
Plan and execute events, including executive receptions, partner events, and employee gatherings
Collaborate with multiple departments, vendors, and agencies
Ensure compliance with client design standards and brand guidelines
Manage event logistics, including health and safety requirements
Coordinate event spaces using internal tools and calendars
Maintain team documents, scripts, and playbooks

Strong event management experience
Excellent multitasking and attention to detail
Customer service and executive interaction skills
Ability to create and follow comprehensive timelines and checklists
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and after hours as needed
