We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our caring and dynamic office team at Just Better Care Macarthur/Central West location.

The Operations Manager performs an integral role overseeing operations for a leading in-home aged care and disability support service provider; manage all aspects of operation, service management, clinical governance and business development by organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

This role involves the providing of effective leadership, supervision, and support to staff where necessary, and in ensuring excellence in service delivery, clinical care and compliance with all relevant professional standards, industry standards and legislative requirements.

**Main Duties and Principal Accountabilities**:

- Ensure overall delivery of quality services, compliant systems and related governance of function, in accordance with the organisation’s vision, mission, values & strategic objectives, and in alignment with the requirements of industry laws, regulations and expectations adhering to all relevant policies and procedures in accordance with Just Better Care’s Business Operating System
- Manage all office operations, overseeing intra office processes and workflows; ensure integration between office operations and service delivery in accordance with Just Better Care systems.
- With consideration to operational needs, ensure appropriate levels of supervision of teams, within a self-developed structured framework, and mentor office staff to ensure competence and confidence within their roles
- Provide inspirational and effective leadership strategies, and implementation of same
- Providing effective leadership, training, supervision, mentorship and support to staff within a structured framework where necessary to ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance with relevant guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the organisation’s ability to heighten “customer experience” and future growth
- Optimize service delivery, workforce efficiency and output and legislative compliance via innovation, demonstrate continuous comprehensive knowledge and understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements and program guidelines
- Develop and oversee the conduct of the internal and external certification audits schedule in consultation with the relevant teams, Managers and Directors
- Manage team KPI’s, analyse outcomes and provide regular reporting, including annual performance reviews,
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively drive operational efficiencies
- Develop local area marketing plans and business development plans

**Essential Key Competencies**:

- Minimum 3 years recent experience in a senior management role within Community Care, including oversight of clinical service delivery
- Possess relevant financial knowledge and or qualification.
- Sound computer skills -Microsoft Office and customer care systems.
- Contemporary knowledge in aged care and disability support reforms
- Proven leadership skills and an ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Ability to inspire, coach, develop and mentor people at all levels
- Outstanding leadership skill and previous experience managing teams
- Working knowledge in the areas of marketing and business development, with experience in driving growth initiatives
- Ability to deal with conflict and manage conflict resolution outcomes
- Strong interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills
- Ability to build and develop a strong team
- Effective decision making skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective organisational and planning skills
- Demonstrate change management advocate/champion
- Highly proficient computer skills including the spreadsheet and Microsoft Office
- Current Criminal Record Check Clearance/NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Drivers Licence
