**The Role**:
The Charter and Commercial Operations division at CDC NSW has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Customer Operations Manager to join our team at Terrey Hills. Reporting to the General Manger Charter, the Customer Operations Manager is responsible for the Customer Booking and Service elements of the Northern Beaches Charter business and collaborates strongly with the St Mary and Hunter Valley Charter businesses.

This role is primarily responsible for the leadership of the booking function and creating strong working relationships with the operational depots to ensure effective delivery of all bookings including the subcontracting of bookings.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Management of the Charter Booking for Northern beaches region
- Management of the customer booking and invoicing processes for existing and new clients
- Work closely with the Private School customers for current and future bookings
- Effectively manage the bookings team and liaise with other depots on a regular basis to ensure delivery outcomes are met or exceeded
- Organise customer satisfaction surveys and manage client relationship
- Work closely with the Charter BDM to develop new business opportunities
- Actively participate in the weekly Charter stakeholder meetings, to ensure KPI’s and associated targets are met
- Prepare weekly reports

**About You**:

- Outstanding Customer Service and operations experience
- Extensive Sales and Business Operations experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and information
- Previous experience in team management and leadership position
