Excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing/Property Paralegal to consolidate their career in an established and highly respected regional Law Firm, that also has offices in the CBD. This firm values its clients, people and community, and strongly focuses on innovating their legal processes and practices.
**About the role.....**
In this role you will enjoy working autonomously, but also as a part of the broader Conveyancing team, on **large and varied residential conveyancing** and property files**. You will be required to manage end-to-end conveyancing and manage your own files. As such, some of your responsibilities will include:
- residential sale and purchase files
- review Contracts of Sale
- prepare and manage sub-division files
- prepare settlements (PEXA)
- draft letters and correspondence (inc. reviewing special conditions)
- prepare invoices and statement of accounts
- conduct searches
**Skills and experience we'd love....**
- **minimum 3 years'**_ _**experience as a Conveyancing / Property Paralegal
- sound knowledge of PEXA
- strong stakeholder engagement skills
- excellent time management skills
- ability to manage high volumes of work
- strong attention to detail
- proficient MS Office skills
- a positive and pro-active team attitude
