**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Construction Site Project Coordinator** to support the delivery of interior and exterior building works, specifically gyprock ceilings and walls, and external cladding systems. The role requires strong site coordination skills, scheduling ability, supplier and subcontractor liaison, and a deep understanding of relevant construction techniques and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Coordination**:
Oversee daily site activities related to gyprock and cladding works to ensure timely and quality execution of tasks.
- **Subcontractor Management**:
Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure scopes are understood, safety standards are followed, and works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- **Material & Supply Chain Management**:
Schedule and manage delivery of gyprock sheets, framing, insulation, cladding panels, fixings, and associated materials.
- **Scheduling & Progress Tracking**:
Support the creation and tracking of construction programs, identifying critical path activities and coordinating trades accordingly.
- **Quality Assurance**:
Conduct regular inspections to verify quality of installation for ceilings, partitions, and external claddings; raise and close out defect items.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain daily site diaries, progress photos, delivery dockets, and site attendance records. Prepare reports for internal review.
- **OH&S Compliance**:
Enforce and support site safety protocols, including toolbox talks, SWMS compliance, and incident reporting.
- **Client & Consultant Liaison**:
Assist in site walks with clients, builders, and consultants; support variation discussions and design clarifications.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a site coordination or junior project management role in commercial or residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of gyprock framing and lining systems, fire-rated assemblies, suspended ceiling systems, and external cladding (e.g., aluminium, composite panels, FC sheeting, or batten systems).
- Familiar with reading architectural and shop drawings.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, manderin speaker perferable
- White Card (mandatory); working knowledge of WHS regulations.
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport.
