About the Role

Our client is seeking talented Site and Project Engineers to help deliver key stages of a large road and civil works project. You’ll be focusing on the complex infrastructure components — from earthworks and structures to utilities and pavements. This contractor is one of the region’s most respected names in civil construction, known for its work across roads, subdivisions, rail, and heavy civil projects. What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience on civil projects valued over $1M
- Exposure to earthworks, utilities, asphalt, roads, or major civil infrastructure
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Ability to solve problems on the fly and work as part of a high-performing team
