As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team.
The Opportunity:
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations across a range of civil construction projects. You will work alongside our Project Managers and directors, and will be responsible for driving productivity, managing subcontractors and crews, upholding safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse and challenging projects while leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage all site activities, ensuring work is delivered in line with the program and quality requirements.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews.
- Implement and maintain safety, environmental, and quality systems in line with company and industry standards.
- Monitor, record, and report on daily site activities and costs.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to deliver efficient project outcomes.
- Foster a positive team culture through leadership, communication, and mentoring.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure compliance.
About You:
- Proven experience managing civil construction projects.
- Motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks, utilities, pipework, drainage, and road construction.
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans, specifications, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and a genuine passion for civil construction.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Flexible and adaptable across a wide variety of project types.
