We are currently recruiting 2 vacancies for 2 Shared Living Homes in south Sydney
- Full-time, permanent roles
- Established org, great training and career opportunities
- Remuneration of $85,000 - $90,000 base + super + access to NFP benefits

You will be responsible for running a Shared Living home and leading a team of Community Support Workers. The Shared Living Division provides safe and supportive home environments for people with a range of needs, actively supporting them in their home and community by delivering Person Centred Active Support and promoting quality of life for people living with disabilities.

**About the role**
- Day to day running of Shared Living Home including;
- Ensuring clients & customers are well supported - and that expectations and goals are met
- Ensuring team members possess the required knowledge to approach situations professionally and creatively
- Continue to develop skills and training of team members in regards to professional development and knowledge of sector
- Assist in the planning & development of service offerings and community engagement activities
- Support with the allocation of resources, rostering, and budgeting

**What you bring to the role**
- Strong leadership skills & ability to manage a team
- Commitment to the ongoing skill development of the team and promotion of clear objectives
- Prior experience working in the sector in a leadership capacity (acting team leader is considered)
- Understanding of the relevant legislation and professional knowledge in the disability space
- Excellent communication - written and verbal - and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about engaging in work that is challenging and rewarding, to promote best practices and outcomes for individuals living with a disability
