**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Brand Specialist - Digital Content in our Brand Team.**

The role will include:

- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of brand content strategies across digital channels.
- Translate complex content by storytelling and understanding audience profiles to increase engagement.
- Champion the role of brand and content, guiding creative direction for key stakeholders with an omnichannel approach.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvements in content creation through emerging technologies.
- Deliver an approach that creates highly engaging content for defined target audiences that showcase our services, whilst advocating for people with disability.
- Represent Brand within cross-functional projects to deliver brand and strategic communication plans.
- Contribute to the delivery of brand projects, events, campaigns, and marcomms channels.
- Support junior team members through collaboration, mentoring and proofing work.
- Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform performance across key brand health metrics.

**What will you bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Proven track record in developing engaging content such as copy, images, video, blogs, eDMs for website and other channels.
- Experience in channel integration.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation.
- Project management experience and an understanding of emerging technology trends.
- Stakeholder management skills within a large, complex organisation.
