**About the role**
We're looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about helping customers win. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
In this role you’ll become a trusted business adviser, you will sell by influence to our distribution network as well as provide training and demonstrations as required.
**Responsibilities**
- Finding new business opportunities within the construction, trade, and resellers.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Manage the Sydney Territory primarily with regular travel to the Central Coast and occasional regional trips.
- Ensuring a profitable outcome for both the business and customers.
**Skills & Experience**
- Can work autonomously and manage call cycles effectively.
- Self-motivated with an appetite to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
- Computer and technology skills and experience with CRM platforms would be advantageous.
- B2B sales experience preferred.
