We look after our customers (primary and high schools across Australia) by Account Managing each and every one of them from our office in Wetherill Park.

We are looking for an 'Account Manager' Someone who can call on schools and introduce them to the benefits of our product and service. To be invited to an interview you will have skills that relate to the following
- Experience with clothing or the ability to learn new product
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or the ability to learn a new software system
- Experience in telesales or able to demonstrate great conversational skills and a winning customer advocacy attitude
- An understanding of the sales process
- Experience with working to KPIs or a strong understanding of what KPIs are and why they are important
- Understanding of "off phone" activities in a telesales role, and how to manage them
- Proven as reliable and punctual

The hours are 9am till 2pm, but there can be some flexibility for the right person.

The days are Monday to Friday, during school terms - most of our business is shut down during school holidays.

The pay is $25 per hour, and (because of the school holiday closure) the role is permanent part-time - so pro-rata annual leave holidays accrue.

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
