We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership & Development Facilitator to join the Woolworths Group and support Primary Connect, internally this role is known as Facilitator.
The Facilitator supports our purpose of creating better experiences together for a better tomorrow by building capability in leadership, change, continuous improvement and customer and team culture through program facilitation, coaching, and mentoring our team. As Facilitator, this role will see you deliver high quality face-to-face group-based workshops across multiple programs of work including, but not limited to, Induction, Foundation and Leadership Development.
This role requires you to work on-site at our Minchinury distribution centre, and it also involves travel within the state of NSW.

**About the Opportunity**
As a Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce development initiatives and ensuring the success of our training programs. Additionally, Facilitators also play a key role in the delivery of shoulder to shoulder coaching, instructional training and performance coaching. The role may, at times be called upon to deliver additional Learning & Development for team members around the broader Woolworths Group.
The main responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- Deliver required training experiences as per DC training plans (face to face, instructional training, shoulder to shoulder coaching) in partnership with the site Training Partners
- Coach business leaders and team members to identify how they can personally develop, drive change, embed learning to reach their full potential and drive a more successful business
- Support talent planning and performance improvement through effective communication with DC Operations teams of insights into leadership behaviours, goals and learning outcomes.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities through collaboration with Training Partners, Learning Delivery Leads and the Primary Connect E2E Learning Squad
- Support the ongoing build of skills and capability within the team of Workplace coaches in DCs, in partnership with the site Training Partners
- Communication to participants and stakeholders in a timely and impactful manner
- Administration and input of participant data into State and National Databases, in partnership with site Training Partners
- Management of training resources (i.e. participant workbooks, environment setup, catering) within an allocated budget Maintain external knowledge of learning facilitation best practice, retail trends, and leadership to ensure each learning event meets learner & business needs
Working in an agile environment, you will be supported by a flexible and adaptive, high performing People team. You will have great exposure to large scale people initiatives through participation in people tribes and squads. Due to the varied nature of each DC’s operations, this role will be dynamic in nature.
