**POSITION OVERVIEW**:

- Build Relationships with Parents and Communicate Regular Feedback on Student Progress.
- Schedule Lessons Directly with Parents/Students.
- Formulate Lesson Plans & Strategies Before Each Session.
- Consistently Deliver an Optimal Tutoring Experience.
- Maintain Up to Date Records of Student Progress on a Monthly Basis.
- Complete Administrative Tasks in a Timely Manner.
- Participate in Seasonal Programs (HSC and/or NAPLAN Workshops)

**TUTOR REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be LOCATED in Sydney, Australia.
- Must Have a Working With Children Check (WWCC) or Be Willing to Obtain One.
- Must Have an Australian Business Number (ABN) or Be Willing to Obtain One.
- Must Have Completed Year 12 with an ATAR Above 85 or Band 6 in Designated Tutoring Subject. (Exceptions Made for Qualified Teachers, University Graduates & Professionals)
- Must be Willing to Travel (if needed) to Student Homes or Public Learning Spaces.
- Must be Highly Reliable with Excellent Organisation and Efficient Time Management.

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL (NOT REQUIRED) (PREFERRED)**:

- Have Some Tutoring Experience, Ideally Over 1 year.
- Have a sound understanding of the HSC syllabus in NSW.
- Demonstrates Effective Communication, Leadership & Interpersonal Skills.
- Enjoy Working With Children.
- Be Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
