Medical Receptionist

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team. We currently have two locations seeking a Medical Receptionist **City Clinic in Adelaide on Grote Street**
This is a fast paced role at the front desk of a busy Medical Centre.
**Responsibilities will include**:
Meeting and greeting patients, booking patient appointments for doctors and allied health staff, attending to patient and staff enquiries, billing, scanning, mail, making and receiving phone calls.
This position is for a passionate and motivated Receptionist whom can work as a team and we are happy to invest time in training the right person.
Experience with Pracsoft, Medical Director and Medicare billings is preferred but not essential.
The Successful applicant will be required to provide a DCSI clearance certificate and a Covid Vaccination certificate is required.
15-25 hours per week in City Clinic with the opportunity to increase hours at both locations.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.99 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
