**About the role**
Right now, we are looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join the team at FIP Group.

You will be responsible for:

- Work with internal and external stakeholders on mobilisation and contingency planning.
- Identify and support the arrangement of permanent and temporary accommodation solutions by working with Operations and On-site Managers and when necessary external stakeholders.
- Support the planning of various logístical and onboarding activities, e.g. furniture, transport etc.
- Book client requisites such as pre-employment medicals, Q-fever etc.
- Coordinate meet and greet for new starters.
- Issue and record gift vouchers, mobile phones, SIM cards etc to new arrivals.
- Assist with organising banking and travel to work.
- Collate mandatory documents.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they rise.

You will also have:

- Should have a minimum of 12-months experience in On-Site management/mobilisation.
- Willing to travel on an ad hoc basis. You will be working out of our Brisbane HQ when not travelling.
- Must have strong verbal and written skills.
- Intermediate MS Office skills and computer literacy.
