**Head of Finance**
- **6-month contract - with possible extension**:

- **End-to-end 2IC leadership role**:

- **$750 - $950 + super daily rate**

A leading services and consulting business is currently seeking to hire an Interim Head of Finance who can start immediately. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for leading the finance team to ensure that current processes in place are efficient and managing a team of 7 based locally and 11 based offshore.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking for a role that handles broad aspects of finance. This role will also have exposure to the CEO on the daily basis.

You will produce high-quality insights, written commentary and interpretation of financial results and support the decision-making of senior stakeholders.

If you’re looking for a hands-on senior finance role, like working with lots going on and acting on the execution of strategies to lead the business unit, this will be a role for you to grow.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing the end-to-end finance function
- Responsible for Financial & Management Accounting
- Ownership of Financial Planning, Budgeting, & Forecasting
- Pricing and negotiations of commercial contract
- Audit, and Compliance
- All tax responsibilities and related queries.
- Play a key role in the formulation and execution of the business’s strategy
- Managing & Developing 3 direct reports

**Key criteria**:

- CA/CPA qualified.
- Services industry background
- Results oriented and metrics driven
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including high emotional intelligence to partner effectively with stakeholders
