**The Organisation**
Our client is a market leader in the financial services & Technology industry and is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their growing contact centre team.

Conveniently located in **St Leondards**, our client has a vibrant and dynamic environment with a strong team culture. This is a 6-month contract with the intentions of permanency. This business places high importance on training and up-skilling their workforce to equip them with the right skills to succeed and progress in their careers.

**The Opportunity**
The successful applicant will work with our customers via phone calls, online enquiries and management. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the role.

As a Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to all customer/client enquiries via inbound calls regarding products & services.
- Obtaining quotes for customers/clients.
- Assisting with all customer satisfaction related enquiries.
- Suggesting related products (cross-selling) or upgrade products (up-selling).
- Support with telesales (outbound calls) to customers in relation to specific. sales/marketing promotional campaigns when required.

**Skills and Experience**
To be successful in this role, the below skills and experience is desired.
- Experience in call centre or customer service roles.
- Ability to build rapport quickly through strong phone manner.
- Ability to work both autonomously & a part of a team.
- High attention to detail with exceptional written and oral skills.
- An eagerness to learn new things and grow your knowledge.

**Hours of work**
Available to work Monday - Friday 6:00am - 8:00pm - rotating rosters.
