**Your new role**
- Effectively resolving customer service cases and providing assistance with administrative tasks
- Managing inbound calls pertaining to products, orders, quotes, tracking, and general enquiries
- Engaging with clients in a positive and professional manner to address their enquiries
- Taking proactive steps to cultivate customer loyalty by fostering a culture centred around their needs
- Follow up on any outstanding invoices by contacting the relevant customers
- Guiding and educating customers on how to navigate and access vital information from the company's website.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous contact centre and/or phone based experience is ideal
- Strong customer service experience
- The desire and passion to help people
- Ability to work in high volume environment and have a positive attitude
- Demonstrate a high level of self-sufficiency and autonomy in work tasks, minimising the need for direct supervision
- Full working rights in Australia
- Able to easily commute to Alexandria
