**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Sourcing Manager (the position is known internally at Reece as an Overseas Product Sourcing Lead) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing supplier selection and performance, making sure that we have the right mix to achieve our company goals and deliver greatness for our customers. This is very much a relationship management focused position, and great for someone who enjoys spending time on the road meeting with suppliers and other stakeholders as it involves fairly extensive travel (mainly Southeast Asia, India and China). Some of the key elements of the role:

- Driving new product development
- Setting up new trade agreements
- Factory and supplier visits to ensure that we are all aligned on living the Reece values and investing in the future
- Reporting and budget management

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Ideally you will have category management and overseas supplier management experience - and will be comfortable with the overseas travel required in the role
- You’ll have a strong understanding of Trading Agreements to enable supplier set up
- Experience with freight, logistics and stock forecasting processes
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally at Reece and with our external partners and suppliers.
