**Assistant Property Manager**

**(based at Culburra Beach, South Coast NSW)**

Assist with the management of the portfolio to the satisfaction of owners & guests.

**General information**:

- This is not a 9-5 job. We provide the best service for our Owners and Guests, so therefore you will be called upon out of normal business hours occasionally, or be required occasionally to be available to work on weekends especially within the peak periods. Therefore, flexibility is the key
- You will need to follow all procedure and processes for holiday rentals but your input into new ideas and business practices are very much welcomed
- You will need to ensure compliance with ethical standards and industry codes of conduct
- Assist other members of the team where required
- Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
- Maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance
- Any other tasks needed to ensure the satisfaction of owners, guests and the team

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CULBURRA BEACH, NSW 2540: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
