As a property manager you are the bread and butter of our organisation, therefore caring for you whilst you care for our tenants and owners is our priority.

A Day In the Life
Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.
We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:
Portfolio based property management
Liaise with owners and tenants
Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
Minimise and maintain rental arrears

With a team of support around you, you will be coached, guided and given the opportunity to succeed. We offer direct training and feedback from your leaders, alongside a weekly refresher training from our Operational Excellence team.

Industry-leading technology that streamlines tasks, laptop and iPhone provided

Industry experience and a passion for Property Management
A current Agent's Representative certificate/ Certificate of Registration
A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Magnificent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to build genuine relationships with external and internal clients
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
