PRD Palm Beach is a well-respected, market leading real estate agency located on the Southern Gold Coast.

We are seeking a Full-Time Property Manager to join the team and to help maintain the excellent customer service that we are renowned for.
- Experience in managing a residential property portfolio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary, as we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service.
- Negotiation, problem solving and dispute resolution skills imperative.
- Honesty and integrity are essential qualities with a proven history showing a strong work ethic, pride in the company you are working for and a strong interest and satisfaction in helping to build and develop the business
- Driver’s licence and own reliable car.
- Impeccable phone manner.
- Time management skills.
- A current QLD Real estate registration or license(mandatory)

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Day to day management of a small portfolio of well-maintained residential properties.
- Maintaining a high level of communication with clients, tenants, and the public.
- Understanding and following residential tenancies law in QLD.
- Routine inspections, Entry Inspections and Exit Inspections
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Lease Renewals

**Remuneration**

**Please note a QLD Office of Fair Trading Issued Real Estate Registration Certificate or License is a mandatory requirement for this position.**

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Palm Beach, QLD 4221 (required)
