About the Role
- As a School Technical Officer your multifaceted role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities crucial to the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Ensure seamless setup, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for school events.
- Maintain and optimize computer labs and other IT systems to support school activities.
- Assist with server performance and optimize configurations for efficient access to school resources.
- Research, evaluate, and procure AV equipment to meet school needs within budget constraints.
- Administer the daily loan program for laptops, ensuring proper maintenance when required.
- Provide technical support for school phone systems, including troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Manage user accounts and ensure data integrity within Management Information and Instructional Systems.
