**Customer Service Specialist**

Laser Clinics Group is seeking a proactive and service-driven **Customer Service Specialist** to join our fast-paced Supply Chain team. Based in **Seven Hills**,** this role will be critical in supporting our Skinstitut customers and clinic partners across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Canada.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Support Our Clinics and Consumers Globally**
Manage incoming queries from Skinstitut customers across inboxes and phone channels, ensuring timely and professional resolution that aligns with our service level agreements (SLA).

**Deliver Outstanding Customer Support**
Assist with the B2B and B2C ordering platforms, troubleshoot payment issues, and work with internal stakeholders to improve our systems and support tools.

**Drive Process Improvement**
Help maintain data integrity, support automation of the ordering experience, and identify improvement opportunities that enhance our customer interactions.

**Contribute to Reporting and Operations**
Report on portal metrics and customer insights. Ensure pricing, inventory and customer data is current and accessible, while contributing to accurate supply chain reporting.

**Build Strong Relationships with Clinics**
Act as a trusted point of contact for our clinic teams. Provide product support, assist with marketing/POS needs, and help

**We’d Feel WOW if You Have**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or account support role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and troubleshoot effectively
- Experience in retail, beauty, or franchised business models (preferred)
- A collaborative, agile mindset with a solutions-focused approach
