About Dan Murphy's

In 1952, an ambitious and plucky upstart opened a liquor store to rival his father's. You might have heard of him. His name was Daniel Francis Murphy, and he did things a little differently. Dan launched Australia's first wine club, threw storied social events and introduced his guests to exciting wines from all over the world. But above all, he believed in offering his customers the best experience and the biggest range at the lowest price. That's a promise we keep to this day in over 250 Dan Murphy's stores Australia-wide.

We’re looking for the right person to help us continue Dan’s legacy.

We have an exciting new opportunity located in Lane Cove for customer service superstars to work in our new format store - Dan Murphy's Cellar. The Cellar will offer a dynamic and carefully curated range of relevant and interesting premium wines, craft & premium spirits and selected beers. You will have the opportunity to share your love for products with our customers, whilst also gaining access to great team benefits.

About You

As a Customer Assistant you'll be front and centre, representing Dan's with enthusiasm. You'll help to create an inviting and appealing atmosphere in store and develop meaningful relationships with your customers, giving them an experience that will have them returning to Dan Murphy's again and again. This role will also allow you to continue to expand on your product knowledge and share your love for product with our customers by creating memorable experiences for them.

- Knowledgeable about wine, with knowledge in spirits and beer also well regarded
