We are currently seeking an enthusiastic **Administration Assistant/Concierge** to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role supporting general operations, marketing, accounts, and concierge services across multiple entities.

**Purpose of the Role**

This is a dual-purpose position involving **administrative assistance** across AWAD Corporation and **workspace support** at The Chamber. The Administration Assistant will help ensure smooth daily operations, manage administration tasks, assist with accounts and marketing support, and deliver professional customer service to members and guests as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Administration & Office Support**
- General administration for the CEO and senior staff across all AWAD entities.
- Database management (contacts, vendors, stakeholders).
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assisting with procurement of supplies, stationery, kitchen supplies, and staff amenities.
- Assisting with internal reporting, minute-taking, and document preparation.
- Processing payment requisitions, corporate expenses, and invoice approvals.
- Supporting basic HR, marketing, and accounts tasks where required.

**Workspace Concierge Support (The Chamber)**
- Greeting and signing in guests and members professionally.
- Monitoring meeting rooms, communal areas and workspace readiness.
- Assisting with meeting room bookings and AV troubleshooting.
- Light IT assistance (Wi-Fi, printing, member portal queries).
- Facilitating workspace events and community engagement activities as needed.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Previous experience as an Administration Assistant or Office Manager preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy with confidence using CRMs, online portals, and standard office software.
- Ability to prioritise tasks across multiple business areas and switch between responsibilities fluidly.
- Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused attitude.
