Connect3i is hiring and we are looking for experienced Defence personnel to fill some
**Commerical Support **roles to work directly with our clients and join their expanding teams These positions are based in Canberra.

**About the Role**

We are looking for motivated consultants who have a Commercial background to support various projects and other activities in the MIWS Branch as part of the Sourcing and Contracts Management Team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide high-level advice, assistance and services during the procurement lifecycle on contracting activities including coordination of legal and financial services.
- Be accountable for providing advice and support to procurement planning, tendering and contract formation, and contract management activities while ensuring compliance with legislation, procurement policies, processes and procedures.
- Negotiate agreed performance of individual and team with supervisor and contribute own expertise to others on the more very complex aspects of procurement and contracting.
- Evaluate and design mitigation strategies for the risks associated with very complex procurement and contracting activities, contract performance and compliance with legislative and policy frameworks.

**About You**
- We would love to add multiple members to our team who:
- ASDEFCON experience required-
- Defence procurement and contract management experience required.-
- Knowledge of the contracting and procurement framework, the PGPA and other related Defence policy required.
- Have a strong set of personal and professional values that align with our company culture of integrity, innovation, and inspiration- Have the ability to seamlessly integrate into new teams, a sense of humour is a must-
