THE OPPORTUNITY
CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join established Bradford Insulation Supply & install team based in Golden Grove.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role will provide a superior level of service to our customers. Ensuring orders are received in full and on time at site to meet installation requirements and deadlines.
This role has extraordinary learning opportunities within our Insulation business and we are looking for someone who wants to be a key contributor to the teams success.

**About the role**:

- Ensure requested products are received in full and installed on time every time on the day requested to our residential builders whilst meeting standards expressed in the CSR Masonry & Insulation customer agreements.
- Maintain a team approach to all supply & install tasks whilst supporting team members by sharing duties to ensure all day-to-day actives are completed in a timely fashion.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with all account manager, contractors, customers, and the warehouse team.
- Understand, implement, and comply with CSR Masonry & Insulation customer agreements.
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system (SAP) whilst monitoring job changes until their successful completion.
- Maintain the installer schedule and ensure changes to the timetable are communicated accordingly.

**About you**:

- Experience in Customer Service with proven customer satisfaction
- You enjoy problem solving and following through with a resolution until the desired outcome is achieved.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is essential.
- Able to adapt conversations with a variety of external and internal stakeholders.
- Want to be a valuable member of the team and continuously learn and evolve with the position.
