- 12 month fixed-term contract position - 38hr week
- Monday to Friday & no weekends

As the first point of contact for customers at our **Bendigo** branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

**You’ll enjoy variety in your role including**:

- Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
- You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- A desire to provide amazing customer experience
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capability to learn and absorb technical information
- Ability to lift and no mobility restrictions
