
Vendor Management Specialist

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Production Manager as part of our PDI team, this role will be responsible for supporting in vendor management. This is a varied position, newly created to support the broader operations and will see you performing an array of tasks including:
- Liaising with sub-contractors and vendors ensuring build progression is in alignment with DIFOT (Delivery in Full on Time.)
- Ensuring high standards of delivered vendor work and raising quality issues internally prior to coordinating rectification completion.
- Ordering parts and equipment as needed in line with scheduling requirements.
- Provide technical and product information to staff, sub-contractors and vendors.
**Roster**: Monday to Friday

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Prior experience in procurement/contracts or managing suppliers in an operational environment
- Influencing and communication skills with capability working with various stakeholders
- Intermediate IT skills with strong Microsoft Office suite experience
- A talent for problem-solving and providing fast and effective solutions.
- An eye for detail with strong organisation skills
