**Key responsiblities:
Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Negotiate, develop, manage, and administer vendor contracts and agreements to ensure business needs are met.
- Maintain contract integrity through preparation of contract documentation, briefing notes, other written correspondence, and related record retention.
- Effectively facilitate strategic, tactical, and operational vendor management meetings.
- Monitor and manage vendor performance including resolving disputes and performance issues. Analyse a wide variety of supplier and performance related information using multiple tools and systems.
- Provide advice of key risks at a contract level for strategic, focussed, leveraged and routine arrangements involving facilitating appropriate input from technical specialists and at times legal services and implement appropriate measures to identify and mitigate risks on an on-going basis.
- Forecast contract budgets and manage vendor payment processes.
- Provide tactical procurement services within an ICT environment including supply market analysis, preparation of offer documentation, evaluation of offers in conjunction with an evaluation team, preparation of evaluation reports and other general procurement activities.
- Providing timely information and advice to executive and senior management on vendor delivery issues, performance, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain effective, open, and regular channels of communication with internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage the vendor relationship and performance and to understand the latest product developments.
- Maintain professional knowledge and share information with others.

- Demonstrate experience in providing proactive contract and vendor management best practice in a complex ICT and services environment and in accordance with applicable frameworks.
- Demonstrate ability to prepare high value contractual documentation, submissions, reports, briefings, and correspondence.
- Demonstrate experience in tactical procurement services and activities within an ICT environment.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills to confidently articulate messages through various means to achieve desired organisational outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage priorities and timeframes for key contract milestones.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with vendors, customers and stakeholders at all levels.
