**Our customer**:
Our client a prestigious luxury Maison, recognised for their excellence in jewellery, watches, fashion and accessories. They are renowned for their distinctive heritage, craftsmanship and creativity. Our client is now looking to expand its client brand ambassador team to go hand in hand with their growing clientele.

**How will you be involved?**

In this position you will have opportunity to be the key contact in your area of operations. We are looking for a self-driven and motivated individual who will take the lead and work efficiently within the team. He/She plays an essential role in the company’s structure and connection to other departments within the brand you represent.

As a Client Relations Ambassador of the Maison, you will be one of the privileged contacts for:

- Delivering information and advice on customers beloved collections and services
- Making reservations for customers to visit the Boutique
- Facilitating sales, e-commerce and boutique orders to ensure a pleasant purchase experience
- Cultivating strong client relationship and loyalty by excellent after-sales services and maintenance advice
- Recruit and Retain clients through relationship building and fostering.
- Helping resolve complaints with enhanced communication skills
- Collaborating with our internal departments and boutiques to ensure a seamless experience for our clients

**How will you make yourself a perfect fit?**
- Strong command of English language skills both oral and written. Bilingual proficiency in other language/s will be added advantage;
- Passionate about and demonstrating experience in a customer service role;
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions depending on changing business needs;
- Great sense of service and proficiency in communicating with international and high-end customers.
- Recruit and Retain clients through relationship building and fostering
- Passion and interests in luxury and fashion as a great asset to succeed in this position.
- A can-do attitude and resilience to achieve in a fast-pace environment
- PC literate, confident using Microsoft systems (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint), general PC navigation, peripherals setup etc. SAP CRM, Salesforce experience is a plus;
- An empathic attitude and great interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility on shift rotation and weekend roster including public holiday if required

- 8 hour shift
