As the Department of Education enters an exciting phase implementing the new education strategy, Equity and Excellence: Realising the potential of every student, we are investing in the capability of educational leaders and teachers through a new Education Futures Institute, tasked with empowering educators and leaders to build professional expertise across their careers through high-quality, targeted development opportunities.

**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Support the design and implementation of the research and evaluation program for the Education Futures Institute.
- Lead key research and evaluation activities across the EFI and the increasing suite of flagship, priority and capability development programs.
- Foster partnerships and collaborative approaches with specialist research and evaluation expertise in line with departmental requirements and strategic priorities.
- Conduct research, evaluation and reporting to inform and enhance the impact of evidence-based professional learning.
