**About the role**

We have 2 x fixed term (13 months & 7 months) opportunities available to join our Customer Systems Team. You will be at the forefront of enhancing both our brand and reputation by ensuring compliance with our regulatory requirements. You will be building strong and effective internal and external working relationships will be a key part of this role to create improved solutions

**About you**:

- Broad knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and phases, and other industry standards and protocols
- ITIL Foundation v4, JIRA (as user) ISTQB software testing foundation experience
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude, and be a team player with the ability to identify solutions, not problems, and a resilient attitude that embraces change
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical specs, and contributing to solution design
- Demonstrated knowledge of supporting large scale Business Applications and Customer facing systems

**What the role will involve**:

- Exposure to key business operational projects
- Implementation of continual improvement initiatives in a dynamic and changing environment
