Business Analyst

• 2-Month CONTRACT with potential extension
• Hybrid working arrangement (Northern Suburbs, Perth)
• Daily rate: $900 (inc. Super)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the early stages of a Learning Management System (LMS) project. This contract role will focus on the discovery and planning phases, working closely with HR and Operations to define requirements and map processes for a solution that will underpin both internal and external training initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Collaborating with HR, Operations, and other key stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
• Conducting workshops and process mapping to define the scope and future state of the LMS solution.
• Assisting in the preparation of a strong business case to support investment and decision-making.
• Contributing to solution evaluation, supporting the RFP process, and helping identify a suitable implementation partner.
• Providing guidance for future delivery and implementation planning, scheduled to commence in FY27.
• Preparing clear documentation and reports to ensure alignment across business and technical teams.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in LMS implementation projects.
• Strong background in discovery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement across HR and operational teams.
• Skilled in business case development and supporting procurement/RFP activities.
• Ability to map complex processes and translate requirements into actionable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
