**The Opportunity**

As the Revenue Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing tasks, processes and controls that ensure accurate and reliable revenue generation and billing. This also involves identifying and addressing potential risks, preventing revenue leakages, and optimizing revenue streams.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Acquiring, loading and analysing complex data sets.
- Managing high-lighted issues through to resolution and design/implement changes to operational business processes and systems to minimize the risk of the issue occurring again and potential exposure to revenue leakage.
- Streamlining and automating the assurance processes and controls.
- Reviewing controls for further automation to reduce effort to complete and resolve.
- Assisting in various improvement projects assigned to the team.

**Your essential experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management or similar and/or relevant industry experience.
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Revenue Assurance or technical operational roles within a telecommunications service provider (or equivalent commercial business).
- Background in telecommunications products and underlying technologies.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills. Experience working with and communicating with diverse level of stakeholders.
- Ideally experience working in internal audit or consulting.

**Essential skills and capabilities**:

- Advanced Excel skills essential.
- Intermediate SQL skills including experience creating SQL queries and understanding SQL basic commands.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Desirable skills and experience**:

- Project management experience.
- Experience assisting or driving process improvement projects such as process redesign, system improvements and/or service reviews.
- Experience in dashboard reporting (Power BI) is highly desirable.
