About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented and commercially savvy Revenue Analyst to support pricing and revenue optimisation across ANZ. You'll drive growth by aligning pricing with customer behaviour, market trends, and business goals. Collaborating across teams, you'll identify margin opportunities, support key initiatives and deliver insights that influence direction.

1. Pricing Support & Analysis

  • Support the development and execution of pricing and revenue optimisation strategies across key markets and channels.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an optimised pricing framework tailored to ANZ corridors.
  • Identify and evaluate trade-offs between volume, price, and cost to recommend margin-enhancing strategies.
  • Benchmark pricing structures against competitors to identify opportunities for revenue growth and increased transaction volume.
  • Analyse customer behavior, competitor pricing, and market dynamics to support pricing recommendations.

2. Analytics & Insights

  • Design and manage BI systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Develop KPI frameworks for performance tracking across customer segments, markets, and channels.
  • Lead ad hoc deep-dive analyses to support commercial decision-making.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to inform commercial strategy.
  • Build and refine revenue forecasting models using historical data, leading indicators, and market intelligence.

3. Reporting & Automation

  • Automate and optimise recurring reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

  • Ensure all reporting aligns with business goals and provides clear performance narratives.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with key teams to align pricing with our acquisition and retention strategy.
  • Support strategic planning with clear business cases and input on growth opportunities.

Role Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue analytics, pricing analysis, commercial finance similar roles.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategy, margin analysis and financial modelling.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strong business acumen.
  • A natural curiosity to dig deep into data.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to translate complex data into simple business language.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Advanced data skills – advanced Excel, BI Tools, SQL (helpful).
  • A passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI, is a strong advantage.
