OverviewAre you ready to be a strategic powerhouse at the heart of our growth? As our Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will advise and influence Sales & Partner leadership, shaping our future with expertise in strategic planning, sales optimization, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive scalable growth in a fast-paced environment and gain visibility across the organization, including executive leadership on projects spanning go-to-market planning, territory alignment, PRM optimization, data quality, and business performance reviews.
What You'll Be Doing to Drive Success:- Be the strategic architect across all go-to-market planning, processes, systems, and analytics
- Forge powerful collaborations with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create organizational alignment and clear visibility
- Command the data: Lead sales funnel analytics and reporting across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, transforming metrics into actionable insights
- Master forecasting accuracy, coordinating regular forecast meetings that empower sales leadership
- Own the roadmap for revenue planning, headcount modeling, and sales capacity planning
- Revolutionize sales processes, from territory alignment and pipeline hygiene to improving overall productivity
- Build the future of insights: Define KPIs and construct dashboards delivering real-time views into performance, pipeline health, and campaign impact
- Ignite strategic conversations: Surface insights and partner with leaders to shape winning sales strategies
- Harmonize success by aligning compensation plans and quota-setting with financial goals, in partnership with Finance
- Clear the path for customers: Identify and remove friction points in the buyer journey
- Empower executive decisions: Provide performance insights and forward-looking projections for executive and board-level reporting
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven mastery in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and revenue planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Powerful BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model complex business challenges
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and managing high-impact projects under pressure
- Executive-level communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
- Bonus points for experience with SQL or similar data query tools
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; an MBA is a plus
