As our new
Sales
Revenue Operations Analyst,
you will be instrumental in providing support to our go to market teams by driving operational efficiencies and providing analytics and reporting to support the sales process. This is a hands-on role and process focused.

You are an experienced sales operational professional who genuinely loves what you do with experience SaaS sales cycles and a passion for all things data, systems and process improvements.

This role will suit those who are tech savvy, possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and have a solid understanding of working in an agile environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end revenue funnel from lead generation through to customer retention and expansion
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, forecasting, revenue performance and key metrics
  • Assist with revenue planning and sales capacity modelling and work with the business to ensure data alignment and system consistency
  • Support business reviews with data and analytics on sales performance and trends

You'll be a great fit if you can show:

  • Demonstrated experience in revenue operations, sales operations or similar experience in a SaaS environment
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to translate complex data into insights and action
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems and data visualisation tools
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
  • You are a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding proactive communication and stakeholder management experience
  • You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment but want to have fun and a laugh too
