**YOUR ROLE**

Working in this dynamic team of 5, you will deliver exceptional advice and support on remuneration matters to Non-Executive Directors, the Group Leadership team, and Executive General Managers.

You will Support the performance of ad hoc reviews of remuneration for executives to ensure they support alignment to internal and external peers, and attraction and retention of talent. Provide reporting, analytics, and insights on remuneration data to support reporting requirements, recommendations to internal stakeholders and for the preparation of Board, Committee and Group Leadership Team papers and presentations.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in the delivery of remuneration processes, preferably executive remuneration, including remuneration reviews and remuneration surveys, within an organisation of significant complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of employee equity programs and annual disclosure requirements preferable.
- Tertiary qualification/s in finance/HR or related fields
- Demonstrated project and change management disciplines that ensure effective execution of projects and sustainable benefit realisation in the business.
- Experience working in financial services industry or large corporate environment.
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy of research and data.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Relationship management skills to build effective, collaborative partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to adapt, respond and lead through changing external and internal regulatory and environmental factors.
