Supervision and Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees working on the shop floor. Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance to ensure optimal productivity. Motivate and encourage employees to achieve their targets and maintain high levels of performance.

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on the shop floor. Ensure that work processes are followed, quality standards are met, and production schedules are adhered to. Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching and guidance to employees to improve their skills and knowledge. Conduct training sessions or arrange for specialized training programs to enhance employee capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among the team.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks. Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training on safety procedures to ensure the well-being of employees.

Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication channels with employees, colleagues, and management. Relay information regarding targets, changes in procedures, and company updates. Collaborate with other supervisors, managers, and departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and achieve common goals.

Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Recognize outstanding performance and address any performance issues in a timely manner. Implement corrective actions and improvement plans as necessary.

Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory control teams to ensure accurate stock levels and proper inventory management. Monitor stock movement, identify discrepancies, and implement measures to minimize inventory losses or shortages.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring customer interactions, resolving complaints or issues, and promoting a positive customer experience. Train employees on customer service skills and encourage a customer-centric approach.

Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties such as scheduling shifts, preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing employee attendance.

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour
