Food & Beverage Floor Supervisor – Nanya Bistro @ Hotel Renmark

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Floor Supervisor to join our team in the Nanya Bistro @ Hotel Renmark.

This hands-on leadership role oversees daily floor operations, coordinates service, and ensures every guest enjoys a professional, friendly, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine daily work requirements, allocate duties, and supervise staff.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and respond to guest feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with venue policies, regulations, and workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members during service.
  • Manage guest flow, section allocations, and waitlists.
  • Lead by example and hold staff accountable to service and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties and maintain clean, well-presented service areas.

About You:

  • Proven hospitality leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm, organised, and professional under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on service excellence and team performance.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
