**About the Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Hand / Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and common areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for our staff and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and appliances.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the kitchen and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean and disinfect countertops, tables, and other surfaces regularly.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or portioning ingredients.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness standards and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Previous experience in a similar role (desired but not essential.)
- Ability to work in a physical role such as standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 15 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pressure management mind set.
- Experience with basic food preparation (desired but not essential.)
