Social Media Digital Marketing Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media Marketing expert to join the iae GLOBAL Brisbane office. You will be responsible for maintaining various social media accounts to drive onsite conversion, whilst diligently developing strategies to improve and optimise the performance of our online and digital presence.

**ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST (FULL TIME)**

**KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Develop and manage social media profiles across a range of platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, LINE, WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book and other various social media platforms;
2. Highly effective communicator with excellent copywriting skills to produce high quality and creative marketing content for various channels including social media, website, and other communications and digital platforms;
3. Plan and implement strategic marketing activities to grow our social and digital audiences with a focus on client conversion;
4. Attract and drive new leads to develop the potential data for sales;
5. Deliver strong acquisition and engagement strategy together with our sales team, and help them with marketing analytics and informed, innovative insights

**KEY SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE**:
1. Experience in various social media channels and digital marketing. Previous experience in education preferred, but not necessary.

2. Have a passion for social media marketing and is perceptive of emerging trends. Good knowledge of managing social content across multiple social media and digital channels.

3. Creative and innovative in content creation (articles, graphic design, short video)

4. Outgoing, amiable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Keen interest in social media news, trends, and developments, and is enthusiastic about marketing analytics;
6. Show strong learning drive, creative mindset and high initiative to finish work;
7. Eligible visa holder with full time working rights.
