Your role will involve a deep understanding of digital media trends and audience behaviors, allowing you to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences and strengthens the brand's presence online.

Working closely with the broader marketing team, your contributions will be critical in driving the overall marketing efforts, particularly in enhancing brand visibility and fostering long-term customer affinity. You will play an integral part in creating innovative campaigns that not only promote the brand but also connect with consumers on a deeper level. In addition, you will lead the charge in identifying new opportunities to engage with audiences, ensuring the company stays ahead of the competition in an increasingly digital landscape.

By utilizing data-driven insights and continuously optimizing content strategies, you will help expand the reach of the brand and position it as a leader in the industry. This role is located in Brisbane, Australia, where our headquarters are also situated. We have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, and Wellington. **Your day-to-day.**
- Implement and oversee the setup and configuration of campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to specified parameters and goals.
- Coordinate and lead regular meetings with media partners to discuss strategies and updates and ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
- Responsible for organizing and trafficking video assets weekly using CM360, ensuring proper management and distribution in line with campaign requirements.
- Monitor and manage monthly budgets while overseeing financial aspects to ensure campaigns remain within allocated financial limits.
- Work with brand teams to determine media weightings, prioritize assets, and ensure effective asset management aligned with overall brand objectives and strategies.

**What you'll bring...**
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital media landscape, focusing on pivotal channels like BVOD, YouTube, and Programmatic video.
- Proficiency in Google platforms including DV360 and CM360.
- Ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and analysing results.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and is comfortable making decisions based on data analysis.
