
Executive Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Interim manager required to undertake executive functions and provides assistance to the director and professional advisors.
Flexible working hours are available (would suit school drop off pick up).
Key responsibilities:
- 1. Provide assistance to the director and organise a catalogue of his knowledge and expertise.
2. Supervise staff members on-site and ensure productivity.
3. Inventory and stock management (training provided).
4. Coordinating the websites projects and cleaning up (training provided).
5. Weekly high level summary of progress made towards set objectives.
6. Maintaining cashflow and identifying cost cutting measures possible.
7. Local travel, building relationships with suppliers and customers/clients.
8. Taking ownership of role and helping to carry out directors executive functions (full support given).
This can be undertaken on a casual or contractual basis with suitable incentives.
The role will provides valuable expert professional experience that is transferable and highly likely to lead to significant ongoing work at higher remuneration rates. An understanding of accounting software is a bonus.
Look for an exceptional ‘all rounder’ with strong management expertise, highly organised, solid business instincts and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications in line with job expectations. Permanent residency or citizenship required.
Full police clearance required.

Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: Up to $60,000.00 per year
