**The Opportunity**

Ventura Bus Lines are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join us on a part-time basis, working three days a week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday) in a job share arrangement.

Join our dynamic team and be part of our commitment to excellence in fleet management. You'll play a vital role in our workshop operations by sourcing, ordering, and distributing parts. This role is essential for maintaining and operating our large fleet of vehicles, ensuring top-notch service for our valued team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and order parts efficiently to meet workshop requirements;
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts;
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels;
- Collaborate with workshop staff to identify and fulfill parts needs;
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards;
- Maintain a high level of customer service;

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with automotive parts and terminology beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current drivers licence
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential
